“Garage Band” Combo – ETC – School of Musical Arts

The ETC Garage Band is our award-winning Instrumental Combo. They accompany our three competitive show choirs, the All Americans, Rouge, and the Main Street Singers. The Garage Band offers training in a variety of popular styles, including jazz, pop, rock, musical theatre and more. Our student players will have the opportunity to learn and play alongside professionals musicians.

Our instrumental combo typically includes a Wind Section: trumpets, trombones, and saxophones, and a Rhythm Section: piano, drums, guitar, keyboard, electric bass and auxiliary percussion. The name “The Garage Band” comes from the loving nickname our students came up with to describe our rehearsal space.
